If you’d have told me at the beginning of the year I’d manage to go to all 5 of my destination weddings I’d have laughed and called you a liar right to your face! But there I was, a plane ride, few nostril swabs and a ferry later, on the beach, catching a few rays before photographing Anna and Zak’s wedding at the amazing Ios sunset club on the stunning island of Ios, Greece. Somewhere you should all book tickets for like RIGHT NOW.
Like all my couples who ventured abroad for their big day this year, Anna and Zak had many sleepless and stressful nights wondering if it would all really happen and with the threat of Greece going Amber+ that week, not gonna lie I broke a sweat for these two a few times! But it all went off and without a hitch! Except for Anna’s ride to the church being a smidge late 😬
Being a greek Cypriot myself it was great to finally shoot a wedding in the motherland! Late dinners, perfect weather, partying ‘till the early hours whilst overlooking some stunning scenery, really doesn’t get much better than that. Anyways enough reading, let’s see some Ios club wedding photography!
