“OMG Harry!!!! You are INSANE. Thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you!!The BEST choice we made for our wedding was getting you ❤❤”

This is the moment you’ve been waiting for… Ain’t it Vickie!?

Now that the personal joke is out of the way, on with the rest of the blog. Not gonna lie peeps, excitement levels have been high around the office to finally be posting this one! This year I’ve been treated to a few trips down to Devon, but this one broke a few career PR’s!! I count myself pretty lucky that all my bride and groom’s are down for a good party, but I’m sorry to all of you, Vickie and Liam’s designated dancing area at Kingston Estate was something for the ages. It wasn’t just that they had an impressive 3am license, it was the sheer endurance of their guests! I’ve never seen a dance floor quite so packed from start to finish (and I’ve seen some crackers!) These two know how to throw one hell of a knees up, trust! You will all notice that one guest who was the life of the evening. You’ll see. We’ll just call her “Up Kilt Girl.”

However, the day wasn’t all just depravity ‘till the early morning. The weather gods were on form, Vickie and Liam looked very easy on the eye and I finally got to hear a couple use a track from The 1975 for their first dance!! One of my fave bands :)

As I write this piece, with the faintest clank of tambourines still ringing in my ear from their speeches, I got to thinking how very lucky I am to meet the couples I do and they don’t come much better than Vickie and Liam. Two of the most fun-loving people I have ever met!! I mean, who else do you know who would book a venue in Devon and commute down from London to attend the church every Sunday so they can actually get married down there, all because it’s the only venue they found with a 3am license!! Legends I tell you!!
