Hannah & Fred, Nevill Holt Estate Wedding, Market Harborough
I can’t believe it’s taken me nearly a year to get this one on the blog, especially since the first words I uttered to myself in the car when leaving Nevill Holt that night were, “I can’t wait to plaster this one on the website!”
“Oh my gosh, you are incredible! We can’t thank you enough for the beautiful photos. They're actually perfect. You truly captured the spirit of the whole weekend — the warmth between family, friends, the little glances and smiles, the energy and pure joy felt throughout. From the sunset in the Kitchen Gardens on Friday, to the perfect moments under the Tree during the ceremony, all the way through to the early hours on the wild Church dance floor — you caught it all perfectly”
Last summer, Hannah and Fred brought a little piece of New York charm to the English countryside with their unforgettable wedding at Nevill Holt Estate. Guests gathered from all over for a two day celebration and yeah, it was kind of epic! Oh and did I mention this was the first and possibly last wedding at Nevill Holt? Yeah, it’s nice to know people with venues like this!!
From the moment I met Hannah and Fred on our first chat I felt like I knew them forever — warm, genuine, and just the best kind of people. I knew their day was going to be one I’d be staring at the calendar at waiting to arrive!
The celebrations began the evening before, with welcome drinks, live piano and speeches held in the estate’s beautiful Italian garden. As the sun dipped behind the rolling countryside, laughter, heartfelt toasts and plenty of aperol spritz’s set the tone for the day ahead.
The day itself was nothing short of, and I hate saying this because nothing is, but it was perfect! Personal vows shared in private before the ceremony, hilarious speeches, great fashion and a dance-floor in an old church that I can only describe as complete carnage. I don’t think I’ll ever get another chance to capture a twerk off at 1am whilst standing on a church pew again!
Anyway, I’ll close from an excerpt from one of the speeches that felt like it came straight from a Richard Curtis movie…
